My story in brief…
 One
morning during the summer of 2002 I was having coffee with a Director
of HR. We were friends, so it was nothing out of the ordinary. Out
of the blue he said to me, "We need to find you another job!"
To make a long story short, that was the beginning of the end of
my 28+ career with a large corporation. It was also the beginning
of a very painful journey through the loss of stability, identity,
structure and community.
Today, I proudly consider myself a Corporate Refugee who has successfully
navigated the grueling journey and emerged with an amazing new sense
of purpose and freedom! It is because of that experience that I
dedicate a portion of my business to supporting others in their
journey.
Corporate Refugee Coaching Groups
These groups are sort of like a training camp for like-minded individuals.
We focus on coaching, sharing resources and ideas, practicing plays,
getting feedback, and most of all taking action. It's a safe place
to practice whatever it takes to get you ready to get back into
the game.
The group meets 1 hour each week, 3 weeks per month, and you never
even have to leave your home. That's right, we meet on teleconference
calls and do some follow up through email. The cost is at the special
low rate of $75 per month for the first three months. That's half
the cost of other coaching groups. New groups are forming all of
the time!

**Ruth Luban coined the phrase "corporate
refugee" in her book titled "Are You A Corporate Refugee?"
She compares them with refugees who never intend to leave their
home country. People who are uprooted from the familiar terrain,
customs and native language they've known for a very long time.
